As you all know, we always have some sort of Hottest 100 / Invasion Day party, and this year is no exception... but we have an added feature:
The Snag Fest
(soon to be an Aussie tradition)
Seeing that I'm very excited about my wonderful Christmas present and new favourite kitchen gadget (the meat mincer) you will all have to suffer the consequences - meaning that at this year's BBQ there will be home made sausages... and you get to you make your own :)
This is how it works:
You marinate your own meat of whichever variety you see fit, add spices and other flavourings and we'll chuck it through the mincer straight into the sausage casing. Then all we need to do is throw it on the barbie and hope all turns out yummy!

WHERE: at our place in Frank-ghanistan -- if you're unsure about the address, contact either Marco or me on our mobiles, facebook, or email for details... but please do not put our contact details or address on this site as it is completely public!!!
BYO:
- significant other
- offspring
- booze
- marinated meat or
- other barbeque-able substance
WE WILL PROVIDE: sausage casings, a couple of salads, bread, cold place for your drinks... and enough sauce to cover up the taste of those snags that didn't turn out
ALLERGIES: You can mix anything you like that is not poisonous into your sausage mix, however, if you do choose to add garlic to your mix, your sausages will have to be cooked last. If you are allergic to anything other than garlic, please let us know in advance, so we can determine the best order for the cooking process!!!
